Receiving and inspection
Deliveries are checked against your paperwork on arrival, with written condition notes so any transport damage is raised early.
Our Laverton North facility in Melbourne's west holds battery energy storage system (BESS) units and the warranty and spare parts that go with them. Stock is inspected when it arrives, stored in known locations and prepared for the day it is needed.
The service is built around careful handling and reliable records rather than the lowest rate per pallet. We arrange delivery to site across Victoria and New South Wales.
BESS units and warranty parts are expensive, slow to replace and often needed at short notice. The service is designed to keep them in good order and get the right items to site.

Units and accessories for an installation are gathered and staged ahead of time, ready to load when the crew needs them.
Faulty or unused stock coming back from site is received, inspected and held until you decide what happens next.

When a stored unit is beyond repair or no longer needed, it does not have to leave with another contractor. It can move straight to our battery and product destruction service.
Collection, holding and destruction are then covered by one set of records, which keeps warranty and recall paperwork simpler.
Call to discuss what you need stored, how often it moves and where it has to go. Every arrangement is quoted by phone before stock arrives.
Phones are answered 5am to 10pm, seven days. If you email first, include a phone number and we will call you back to quote.
