Battery energy storage system (BESS) suppliers and importers
Units that failed on arrival, came back under warranty or were damaged in transit, collected from your warehouse or the customer's site.
Riverstone Logistics collects batteries and other products that can no longer be sold or installed, across Victoria and New South Wales. We arrange collection from your site. Each item is checked in and its condition recorded, then held safely until you are ready for it to go.
Destruction is managed in-house. Recovered materials are sent to licensed recyclers or approved battery drop-off points, and the paperwork you need is agreed before the job starts.
Most of the work comes from businesses that end up holding batteries or equipment with nowhere to go: warranty returns, transport damage, superseded models or a recall. Clients are not named on this site, and jobs are handled quietly.

Removed or faulty units taken off your hands after a replacement, so they are not left in a ute, a garage or a customer's shed.
Returned, faulty or end-of-line stock cleared from the warehouse floor, with a record of what was collected and what happened to it.
Recalled products gathered from several locations, held in one place while claims are worked through, then destroyed on your instruction.
The steps are the same whether it is one unit or a full truckload. What changes is the timing and the paperwork, and both are settled before anything moves.
Call 1300 916 400 and describe the job. You get a price and a plan for collection before we commit to anything.
We arrange pick-up from your site, a customer's site or a warehouse in Victoria or New South Wales.
Each item is logged on arrival, with its condition recorded and photographed where that helps.
Stock is held securely while warranty claims, supplier decisions or internal sign-off are sorted out. Nothing is destroyed until you say so.
Some units are worth a second look. We can check them for repair first so you can decide what is genuinely scrap.
Destruction is managed in-house. Materials go to licensed recyclers or approved battery drop-off points, and you receive the agreed records.
Damaged and swollen batteries are accepted. Because condition varies so much, we need to hear about them before quoting: what happened, what the units look like now, and how they are currently stored.
That lets us plan packing and transport. The same rule applies to everything else: call first for a quote on anything, and we will tell you plainly if a job is one we can take.
Different clients need different evidence. Some want a simple collection and destruction record for each job; others need serial numbers listed against each unit for a warranty or recall claim.
Tell us what your business or supplier expects when you call. We agree the format at quoting stage so there are no surprises at the end.
Describe what you have, where it is and the condition it is in. You will get a straight answer on whether we can take it, how it will be collected and what it will cost.
Phones are answered 5am to 10pm, seven days. If you email first, include a phone number and we will call you back to quote.
